2.2 Sintering furnace

1) Vertical upward billet making, hydraulic billet making, pushing speed, pressure and pushing length can be adjusted
2) The maximum internal pressure of the blank can reach 6MPa, the rising speed is 10-300mm per minute,
the falling speed is 300 per minute, and the position of the mandrel can be adjusted.
3). The material of the cylinder barrel is 38CrMoAIA, and it is nitrided, the material of the mandrel is G20CrMo,
and the material of the pusher is POM
2.4 Drum mixer
1 Equipped with two 5KG mixing barrels at a time, rotate at the same time as the revolution, 30 revolutions per minute
2 Steering and speed can be adjusted according to technical requirements, with 1.1kw deceleration motor
3 Configure the emergency stop switch,
